Training and informing community leaders about sexual violence

Following training, organized by COMEN in partnership with Genderforce, of community facilitators in Mavivi on combating sexual and gender-based violence, beneficiaries understood that men and women must work together for the common good. The Ngao letu project raises awareness among communities to promote the rights of women who are infringed by customs and traditions and to change their image, which has long been tarnished by stereotypes and prejudices.
